John Silverman | Chairman and FounderJohn Silverman founded Silverman Associates in New York City in 1988 conducting complex investigations. In 1995, the business expanded to include global security and risk management services as Silverseal. Today, Silverseal stands at the top of the industry with John Silverman’s mandate for trust, professionalism, honesty and transparency to always guide our service principles. |

Patrick Timlin | CEOPatrick Timlin oversees the management and long term growth of all divisions of Silverseal. Patrick is a member of the New York State Bar and a retired Deputy Commissioner of the NYPD. Drawing from his experiences in corporate security program development, organizational management, complex investigations, business continuity and law enforcement, Patrick specializes in high consequence threat prevention. |

John J. Kelly | Director, InvestigationsJohn is a retired NYPD Detective with more than 20 years of law enforcement experience. John’s career included assignments in the Organized Crime Control Division conducting complex narcotics and firearms investigations. He was awarded the “OCCB” Outstanding Achievement Award for his management and successful conclusion of numerous complex investigations. He also served as a member of the Joint Firearms Task Force where he was the recipient of the prestigious Combat Cross – awarded for acts of extraordinary heroism while under fire. He is a graduate of St. Francis College with a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice and achieved a master’s degree in Protection Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. |

Raymond Bennett | General ManagerRay is an accomplished Director of Security on multi-use property accounts, including entertainment, sports, special events, commercial real estate, and residential security. Ray leads our operational and administrative teams, to ensure premium service delivery to our clients. Ray is a prior Army Reservist with a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
