SEAL Security LLC (“SEAL”) is a comprehensive security solutions firm with expertise in security management to include security program development, corporate protection, special event security, executive protection, investigations, armed and unarmed security officers, and risk management services. Since our inception in 1995, SEAL’s mission has been to provide bespoke security solutions, whether the requirement is for a complex investigation, design of a client security program, or our premium security officer services. Within our security officer program, we provide “Class A” capability with a concierge posture. SEAL has grown across six (6) continents with this model.
John Silverman, Founder and Chairman
John founded Silverman & Associates in New York City in 1988 conducting complex investigations. The business subsequently expanded to include global security and risk management services as SilverSEAL Corporation, with John’s mandate for trust, professionalism, honesty and transparency to always be its guiding service principles.
Patrick Timlin, CEO
Patrick oversees the management and long-term growth of all three divisions of SilverSEAL Corporation: SEAL Security, SEAL Security UK, and SEAL Integrated Systems, our electronic security division. Patrick specializes in high consequence threat prevention, drawing on his experience in corporate security program development, organizational management, complex investigations, business continuity and law enforcement. Patrick is a member of the New York State Bar and a retired Deputy Commissioner of the NYPD.
Michael Nicoletti, Managing Director
As the Managing Director, Michael oversees day-to-day operations, including strategy, finance, and complex investigations. He also develops and manages policies for compliance and licensing associated with all SilverSEAL services. Michael is a retired NYPD Lieutenant.
Joseph Herald, Vice President of Global Operations
Joseph oversees all operational deliverables for SilverSEAL clients globally. He has extensive experience in security and counterterrorism, both as a noncommissioned US Army officer and in corporate security. During combat deployyments, Joe was awarded the US Army Bronze Star, two Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals, seven Army Achievement Medals, five Good Conduct Medals and the Combat Infantry Badge.
Joseph Fox, Chief of Staff
Joseph is responsible for staff development, program development, branding, and marketing at SilverSEAL. Joseph ensures that all SilverSEAL activities are aligned with the objectives of its leadership. Prior to joining SilverSEAL, Joseph was Chief of Transit for the NYPD.
Eboné M. Bishop, Director of Human Resources
Eboné designs, aligns, and manages professional standards, human resources, and ethics and regulatory compliance policies for SilverSEAL, including those related to data privacy, intellectual property, EEOC, OSHA, FCPA requirements and international rules governing employees and contractors. She also provides strategic planning across all departments, in line with SilverSEAL’s objectives, core values and mission statement. Eboné is a member of the New York State Bar.
Michael Adler, Director of Training & Compliance
Michael oversees the training of all SilverSEAL security personnel in North America to ensure that they possess comprehensive knowledge of industry and client-based safety and security protocols. Michael’s mandate is to ensure that our security professionals possess not only core competency skills, but also keen hospitality, counter surveillance and counter terrorism skills. Michael is a retired NYPD Lieutenant.
Tony Mussorfiti, Director of Fire & Life Safety
Catherine Perez, Director of Client Relations
Catherine builds and maintains SilverSEAL’s client relationships throughout our three divisions. She oversees coordination of project logistics and client invoices and also manages project and performance updates of our assigned teams. Catherine works closely with clients and SilverSEAL’s executive team to quickly and effectively resolve client concerns.
